Meet the Founder

Maria Elliott’s Physiotherapy Services (MEPS) practice is based at 8 Dorset Square in Marylebone, London. Specialising in pelvic health and postnatal recovery. Maria and her team have worked extensively in women’s health for over 30 years and are one of the UK’s leading clinics in pelvic health.

A specialist Chartered Physiotherapist and a Clinical Pilates instructor, she focuses on helping women and men achieve optimal pelvic health, balance through manual therapy, rehab, dynamic exercises, and functional rehabilitation.

We look forward to welcoming you to 8 Dorset Square and Chiswick High Road, where we will continue to devote ourselves to helping you achieve optimal pelvic health, balance, and wellbeing. Our dedicated team are available Monday to Saturday to provide specialised assessment and treatment for our Mummy MOT and Pelvic Health patients, including LPG endermologie®, Lymphatouch®, PelviPower™ and Biofeedback.

8 Dorset Square is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Baker Street Tube Station and a 4-Minute walk from Marylebone Rail Station. There is ample parking at NCP Marylebone Road for those who drive.

One Body, Chiswick High Road is a light modern clinic on the south side of Chiswick High Road, a short walk from Stamford Brook Underground, our Chiswick Clinic is set back from the road.

When you visit our clinics, you will be assessed and treated within a private room. No one else will access the room during appointments. The physiotherapy clinic will usually have a receptionist, and other patients may be in the waiting area. You may bring a relative or friend with you if you wish or request a chaperone from the clinic.
