Wear something comfortable or you can bring a change of clothing with you. Try to wear clothing so that your physiotherapist can assess the affected area easily.

No.  You can contact us directly and we can assess and help you without needing a referral.

All our physiotherapists have a degree, are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are full members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).  Furthermore, they are DBS-checked and experienced.

Book directly through the website, by clicking on the Book an Appointment button.

You will have the time to talk about your current health with your physiotherapist , who will assess your treatment needs and discuss them with you.

You will receive a diagnosis and agree on a rehabilitation treatment plan.

Your physiotherapist will explain all procedures to you before administering them.

Hands-on treatment will be given, with the optional use of appropriate equipment.

A report will be sent to you outlining your treatment recovery programme.

Home exercise may be discussed with you, to support your recovery.

Yes.  We can provide a chaperone, please request this when booking your appointment.  Or you can bring your own chaperone with you.

As your appointment slot is reserved for you at time of booking, we are unable to fill it at short notice.  Therefore, we require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment time.

Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and appointments not attended will be charged in full.
