Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Specialist Physiotherapist Mummy MOT Training Tutor

After graduating from Trinity College with Hons(B.Sc) Physiotherapy, Aisling started her career in private practice in Dublin. Here she developed her passion for Spinal Rehab and Women’s Health. She completed post graduate studies in Urinary Incontinence, Pilates, and Strength and Conditioning. In 2018, Aisling was Head Physiotherapist of a medical team who helped 12 teenagers with scoliosis to climb Kilimanjaro. She then moved to London to work as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in Pure Sports Medicine.

Seeing female athletes of all levels, Aisling recognised the lack of emphasis on pelvic health in rehab and decided to study further. In 2021, Aisling became a Mummy MOT training tutor and set up the Women’s health Service in Pure Sports Medicine. Her main goal is to help as many women as possible to become confident in exercising through their pregnancy and postnatally. She is an avid runner who enjoys yoga, hiking and teaching Pilates.
